Excellent Service Award 2018

The Excellent Service Award (EXSA) 2018 - Star Presentation Ceremony for the hospitality sector, held on 26 November 2018 at the National University of Singapore, University Cultural Centre, was graced by Ms Sim Ann, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information & Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.

EXSA is a national award that recognises the efforts of dedicated individuals going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service. The award is conferred at three levels – Silver Award, Gold Award and Star Award.

This year, Park Avenue family is proud to have 3 Outstanding Star Award nominees, each from PAR, PAS and PAC, 10 Star, 9 Gold and 27 Silver winners from various departments at all properties.
