Now in its 8th year, The Booking.com Traveller Review Awards is an annual appreciation program that recognises Booking.com partners for their exceptional hospitality, as evidenced in the review scores left by guests after their stays. To win the award, properties need to have a review score between 8 and 10 and the review score is calculated from a minimum of five reviews left by Booking.com guests.
